PPW Slates First Warning Conference, Looks for EAS Participation
The first Warning conference for The Partnership For Public Warning is May 15-17 in McLean, Va. The price for full conference attendance (May 15-17) is $275 for PPW members, and $375 for non-members.

Organizers would like to make it easier for the local broadcast EAS community to attend, so on the 15th, for $10 payable at the door, any broadcaster LECC or SECC committee person or SBE chapter or national officer can attend the PPW EAS session in the afternoon.

EAS attendees will also be able to enter the PPW conference exhibit hall before or after the EAS session and attend the PPW Conference reception that begins at 5 p.m. Those who take advantage of this offer will be credited $10 towards individual PPW membership. For more information, please visit the PPW website: www.ppw.us.
