another two-year term. Those individuals are NATE Chairman Jim Coleman of
Southern Broadcast Services, Vice Chairman Pat Cipov of Cipov Enterprises and

NATE will also welcome two new members to the Board of Directors; Dave Anthony
and Jimmy Miller. They will begin their two-year terms on the NATE Board at the
NATE 2010 Annual Conference & Exposition in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., Feb.

extensive experience and training in the telecommunications industry. Anthony
previously served three terms on the board from 2001 to 2007.
“After several years, I am very excited to rejoin the NATE Board for another
two-year term,” Anthony said. “I am eager to work with our NATE leaders to help
enhance our commitment to tower safety and work hand in hand with those in our
industry to emphasize safety standards.”
As president of MillerCo, Inc. and a voting member of NATE for many years,
Jimmy Miller has extensive experience in the technology industry. He founded
his company in 1997, growing it from a small business to a multi-million dollar
enterprise with operational centers throughout the country. MillerCo, Inc.

civil services, lines and antennas.
“I believe that continuing emphasis on making this industry a safe place to
work is imperative,” Miller said. “My company takes a proactive stance on
safety issues, and I hope that my position on the NATE board will allow me to
play a stronger role in making our industry safer.”
Coleman, Cipov, Romano, Anthony and Miller will join previously elected Board
Members Kevin Hayden of Hayden Tower Service, Inc., Kari Carlson of Tower
Systems, Inc. and Jim Miller of EasTex Tower, Inc. in managing the strategic
direction of the Association, including how best to improve industry safety
through the use of education, the development of standards and involvement in
regulatory activities.
