MIT's Negroponte to Keynote CEA Industry Forum
Digital visionary Nicholas Negroponte, founder and chairman of MIT's Media Laboratory, will deliver a keynote presentation to attendees of CEA's Industry Forum on October 13 at 12:00 p.m. at the La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.

Professor Negroponte studied at MIT and has been an MIT faculty member since 1966. He was the founder of the university's Architecture Machine Group, a combination lab and think tank responsible for new approaches to the human-computer interface. In 1995, he published Being Digital, which has since been translated into over 40 languages.
