ChinaTel Summit 2008 Set for Hawai'i
Organized by Information Gatekeepers Inc. (IGI) in cooperation with the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), ChinaTel Summit 2008 will explore market opportunities in telecommunications in China.

The conference will take place 11–12 January at the Hilton Hawai'ian Village in Honolulu, Hawai'i, prior to the PTC'08 conference.

The conference will address multiple topics, including Chinese mobile and fixed line carriers' investment plans, new competitive landscape in telecom, regulatory and policy, Internet bandwidth and data centres, mergers and acquisitions, mobile 2G and 3G, TD-SCDMA, broadband content and IPTV, wireless LAN and value-added services, WiMAX and venture capital.
