Broadcast Pix Announces DVI I/O For Slate Switchers
Broadcast Pix is set to announce an optional DVI input/output for its Slate switcher line at InfoComm 2007, which begins June 19 in Anaheim, CA.

The modular Slate I/O architecture has three I/O boards including SD digital, analog and HD for 720p and 1080i. The new DVI board will add both a DVI input and a DVI output, and also includes adapters for VGA I/O.

The DVI or VGA output enables Slate to send a high-resolution signal directly to a projector, and the input will enable high-resolution input from a computer.

The new board, priced at $900, will be available as an option for the Slate HD I/O board later this year, and will work on all new or existing Slate switchers.

Visit Broadcast Pix during InfoComm at Booth 6533.
