Documents were signed January 31st for the acquisition of Microwave Service Corporation (MSC) of Haverhill, MA by RF Central, LLC. MSC is a microwave equipment sales, lease, and service company with a ten-year history of outstanding performance in the broadcast market. It will continue to operate from its twelve thousand square foot facility in Haverhill, MA.
Jeff Winemiller, President and CEO of RF Central, reported today, “The purchase of MSC will enhance and expand RF Central’s microwave design, repair, sales, and rental services. MSC is a key ingredient for future growth, bringing decades of additional broadcast experience to the RF Central family of companies and we are all excited about the new opportunities before us.”
MSC’s President, CEO, and founder Warren Parece stated, “Microwave Service Corporation is excited about the opportunity to provide dedicated service and support to RF Central’s customers. The acquisition gives RF Central an additional level of technical support that no other equipment manufacturer provides.” Warren will continue to manage the company and will also serve on the Board of Managers of RF Central. Warren has successfully led MSC to its position as a premiere international service facility. Daniel Shine, MSC’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has become the Vice President of Business Development for RF Central and will have additional responsibilities with new product development. His office will remain in the MSC facility.
