Miranda to Exhibit Updated and New Products at IBC2004

Canada-based Miranda, a manufacturer of video interface and distribution equipment, will exhibit new and improved products at IBC2004. The Densité Series interfaces have been extended and now offer video/audio signal processing, frame synchronization, SD-analog conversion, HD downconversion and embedding/de-embedding.

The Imaging Series XVP-801i universal and audio processor simplifies incoming feed processing with multiple SD and HD formats.

The PresStation HD/SD master control switcher panel was created for Miranda's Oxtel HD and SD channel-branding processors.

New features were added to the Kaledio-K2 multi-image display processor that includes the display of subtitling text, AFD detection, encoder automation support and enhanced K-edit display configuration software.

Also featured at IBC2004 is the MDC-900/920 downconverter and SEER-900 HD serializer. These new interfaces are scaled back versions of the DVC-800 downconversion and DV encoding interface for HD cameras.
