Frost & Sullivan (F&S) has honored Grass Valley, with its Market Leadership Award to in the "World Broadcast Switcher Markets" category.
The research firm awarded Grass Valley for its leadership in production, routing (Trinix and Concerto) and master control (Maestro and Saturn) switchers. This year's award calls out the Grass Valley switcher line--including the Kalypso SD and HD, XtenDD SD and HD and Kayak SD and HD switchers.
Grass Valley was honored in 2001 for its Profile XP Media Platform line of multichannel video servers.
