Thales Angenieux Features Optimo Lenses at IBC
Thales Angenieux is featuring its line of Optimo 35mm film lenses at the IBC Show this year. These include the 15-40 mm hand held zoom model that weighs in at 4.4 pounds and has an effective aperture speed of T2.6. Also being shown is the Optimo 28-77 mm with an aperture of f2.4 and is available with both Panavision and PL mounts.

Stand visitors should also look for the Optimo 24-290 mm 12X zoom lens that boasts an aperture speed of T2.8 and is designed to eliminate breathing and ramping problems. The company will also show its Optimo 17-80 mm T2.2 lens that provides a 4.7X focal length range and has a 329 degree focus rotation.
