Teranex and MTI Film Deliver Real-Time System
Teranex is integrating its imageRestore imaging technology with MTI Film's MTI CORRECT to deliver a comprehensive, real-time restoration system.

According to the companies, Teranex's imageRestore with MTI Correct reduces the restoration process by over 50 percent, and combines real-time and non-real-time image processing of diverse content within a simplified workflow. ImageRestore removes or conceals up to 80 percent of the artifacts found in film-based content in one pass. The remaining artifacts are processed by the MTI Film Correct system to restore it to its original condition. Operators can perform the restoration process in less time, increasing facility throughput when restoring archival or new production material.
