StageTools Releases 3D Charts and Graphics Software
StageTools has made available its new MovingChart, a tool for editors and producers to add 3D charts and graphs directly to video shows.

MovingChart can make bar, area, line, marker and pie-style charts. The data can be animated, and the chart can be presented in 3D. Data is easy to import from spreadsheets and text files. The resulting charts can be drawn over a moving video background and are antialiased.

Producers can preview the motion in realtime without rendering. Motion paths are smooth, splined and tapered. Motion is field-rendered to subpixel accuracies as AVI or QuickTime movies. Editors can apply textures to the walls and data elements of charts using supplied texture files or customized ones.
