Prime Image Unveils HD Version of Time Tailor
Prime Image has released an HD line of Time Tailor video time management systems.

Time Tailor HD/SD reduces program run time through a patented time-reduction processing, according to the San Jose, Calif.-based company, as does its Time Tailor Digital. The system creates up to 30 seconds of additional time in a 20- to 30-minute program. Optional features allow for the creation of as much as two-and-a-half minutes of additional time. Time Tailor HD/SD continues to report black-hole presence during and following the reduction process.

Using the Fastrack TT interface, operators enter the source time code, record time code, the locations for insertion or removal of back segments or show material, the inserting of slate bars and tone and the amount of time to be removed.

Time Tailor HD/SD supports 30fps, NTSC, 25fps, PAL, 720p and 1080i standards.
