Panasonic Releases Camera Studio Production Toolset

Panasonic has recently announced the release of a low-cost solution for HD studio production for their P2 HD and DVCPRO HD camcorders.

The new Camcorder Studio System offers many features including digital signal transmission for distances up to 328 feet, complete remote camera control, and transmission of HD images, tally signals, mic signals and genlock signals.

The system is comprised of a digital base station, camera adapter, extension control unit and viewfinder interface box. Additional accessories can be added to further system capabilities.

Camcorder Studio System is available in four tiers, 300Studio, P2 Studio, 300StudioPlus and P2 Studio Plus, each with a variety of add-on components, which are also individually available.
