Miranda Launches HD Products to 'Do More With Less'
Miranda Technologies introduced HD production products at IBC2007 including a multi-image display, graphics, playout servers, and interfacing.

The compact Kaleido-X (4 RU) multi-image display processor offers control of monitoring displays across multiple production or master control rooms with high image quality and signal flexibility.

The new Xmedia Suite v4 template-based graphics tools offer a common, centralized workflow across production graphics, promos and channel branding.

The X-3D advanced HD/SD 3D graphics processor and the Imagestore 750 HD/SD master control/channel-branding processor bring together the Vertigo XG processor with highly efficient, automated promo preparation and playout.

The Xchannel combines HD/SD playout with advanced graphics while integrating with third-party media management and automation for a file-based playout system.

In all, Miranda announced 19 new Densite Series signal processing interfaces including the new features for the XVP-1801/DAP-1781 combo. This dual-card combination integrates quality up/down/cross-conversion with high-performance Dolby E/AC-3 decoding/encoding and upmixing, all with a high level of control and monitoring over IP.
