Lanterna Magica Debuts New Index Service
Lanterna Magica has introduced its new indexing service that provides on-site and online video asset library for TV show producers and broadcasters.

Lanterna Magica's indexing service allows users to send their video archives in any format, after which indexers ingest and encode the material at any resolution and index it according to customer requirements. The index can incorporate closed-captioning. Once complete, Lanterna Magica returns a ready-to-use video library and search engine. New material can be added at any time, and the entire library can be browsed and queried by date, TV series, person, location, action, emotion and more.
