IBIS to Showcase New Process Management Software
At NAB2007, IBIS (Integrated Broadcast Information Systems) will highlight several new products in its lineup of process management software solutions.

The new IBIS Highlighter, a sports capture application, will be shown with a new touch-sensitive panel from leading supplier JL Cooper, demonstrating the capture highlights of live sports feeds and associated metadata in a fast turnaround sports production environment.

IBIS will also demonstrate tools that control the movement of material from an Avid editing system to the Sony XDCAM Cart, a robotic archive system for the Sony XDCAM format.

With the IBIS ServerBase now compatible with Apple operating systems, the company will demonstrate metadata management and broadcast workflow on a Mac, including browsing images, intelligent searching, versions and variants of material.

Also, IBIS Archive will demonstrate archiving of material from a server through Content Storage Management middleware from partners including Xendata, SGL and Front Porch Digital.

IBIS will be in booth SU8605.
