IBIS Streamlines Asset Management for Sporting Events
ServerLoad Sport is a new application by UK-based Integrated Broadcast Information Systems (IBIS) that streamlines the processing of sports events; live highlights can be captured and packaged at the desktop in real time, along with relevant metadata.

With ServerLoad Sport, users can automatically capture metadata of sports players, which can then be tracked through the video acquisition process. In a horse race, for example, facts about the horses, riders and past performances can be tied together with information about the racecourse, the time and distance. That information is then tracked with the video footage of the race as it happens.
