For-A Shows New HD/SD Production Switcher
At IBC, For-A will introduce a new small television production switcher, the HVS-300HS. The unit accommodates both standard- and high-definition signals. The control panel and processing unit together occupy only 3 RUs, making it ideal for flypacks and small OB vans.

The HVS-300HS has four inputs and four outputs and supports 720 and 1080 HD signals, as well as 525/60 and 625/50. Internal processing is done with 10-bits, providing broadcast quality 4:2:2:4 video. The HVS-300HS also features a frame sync associated with each of its inputs and two channels of still store.

For-A will also showcase a new HD/SD standalone chroma-keyer, the MBP-100CK. The new keyer has internal video delay lines; two independent, multilayering downstream keyers; and an internal still store.

For-A will be at Stand 2.A51 and 2.B59.
