Editware Integrates Fastrack TT Interface in Prime Image System
Broadcast A/V equipment manufacturer Prime Image and Editware will showcase their joint effort, Fastrack TT Interface, at NAB.

Editware, based in Grass Valley, Calif. developed the interface for the Prime Image Time Tailor system used to reduce program run time without losing content or adding artifacts. The Fastrack TT performs real-time automated control over the Time Tailor process and syncs the Time Machine with related devices.

With Fastrack TT, users enter the source time code, record time code and insertions for slate, bars and tone. Time Tailor is designed to remove redundant frames from the length of a show segment. The interface maintains or "holds" original content that should not be time-reduced such as trailers, promos and credits.

Editware and Prime Image will be in Booth C5614.
