Canopus Unveils New Workflow, Editing Tools
Digital video and graphics developer Canopus is planning to show its enhanced Edius technologies.

The networked tools include the Edius HD/SD/HDV/DV video editing systems, ProCoder Station for encoding and the MediaEdge, a video distribution system that delivers video over local area networks.
The Edius Pro 3 nonlinear editing software powers these networked tools and provides native editing and compresses content in real-time processing in HD/SD/HDV/DV and also MPEG2 and MPEG1 formats. Users can share content stored locally or on a server and work with numerous layers of video, audio and effects.

ProCoder Station features video encoding software and automated the task of encoding multiple projects to prepare content for DVD delivery.

Media distribution system, MediaEdge uses MPEG compression technology to deliver video over LAN networks and supports VOD, live broadcast, streaming media and pre-programmed content playback.

Canopus will be in Booth SL325.
