Broadcast Pix Rolls Out PixMaster Software
Broadcast Pix has introduced PixMaster, the focal point of new Version 3 software for the Broadcast Pix Studio system that combines a digital switcher, Inscriber CG, DDRs, stillstores, DVEs, logo generator, and analog conversion capability.

PixMaster is an integrated pre-production application that simplifies the creation of "high-impact," multilayer live video, according to the Burlington, Mass. company. PixMaster lets a producer click on any still or graphic stores on the switcher to view content libraries, then click on any element to open it in Inscriber for editing. PixMaster also adds the capacity to automatically set airtime cues for clips and graphics, and synchronize the switcher's three keyers and DVEs with specific content.

Version 3 will be demonstrated at NAB2005 and is expected to ship by then as part of the Broadcast Pix Studio2000 system.

Broadcast Pix will be in Booth SL5706.
