Audemat Digiplexer 246 New at IBC2008
The new Digiplexer 246 carries forward the Audemat “all-in-one” design philosophy that began with the Digiplexer FMX Series and continued with the Digiplexer 214, launched at IBC2007.

At IBC2008, the French firm shows the Digiplexer 246, a 3 RU system with a front-panel touchscreen display for easy configuration and available in two- or four-band versions.

It combines an advanced digital audio processor, RDS and stereo generators, transmitter remote control capabilities, back-up audio-over-IP capabilities and an optional built-in FM exciter rated at 1, 20 or 100 W.

The four-band version features 2.8 gigaflops of processing power, enabling a sampling frequency of 192 kHz for incoming audio and a 1.5 MHz sampling frequency for the final composite/MPX clipper.

Audemat will be at Stand 8.B58.
