AJA Intros Capture Card for New Apple PCI Express Power Macs
AJA Video has rolled out the Kona LHe, a new PCI Express version of its Kona LH. The 10-bit uncompressed video capture card supports editing on the new PCI Express Apple Power Macs with Final Cut Studio.

The video card featureset is the same as the Kona LH but adds a PCI Express bus interface. Other features include DVCPRO HD hardware acceleration,12-bit video A/D and D/A converters, SDI or HD-SDI input, two independent SDI/HD-SDI outputs, 10-bit hardware HD or SD downconversion, 2-channel AES and 8-channel embedded audio, HD/SD genlock, among others.

Kona LHe will ship on Oct. 31.

WMUR-TV Says FAA Drone Rules Preclude ENG
