Sachtler introduces four fluid heads at the NAB Show: two in the FSB range, a new DV 10 and a heavier-duty Cine 7+7. Also new is the dimmable Reporter 8LEDim on-camera light.
The FSB 4 (payload up to 8.8 lbs.) and FSB 8 (4.4–19.8 lbs.) provide a 10-stage counterbalance knob, five steps of drag (plus zero) for both tilt and pan, SPEEDBALANCE, self-illuminating touch bubble and Sideload technology. FSB 4 and 8, part of the “Works with SOOM” family, interface with tripods with 75mm bowls.
The DV 10 SB fluid head is Sachter’s smallest payload 100mm base head, capable of supporting a camera package of 2–26 lbs. Sachtler’s Cine 7+7 HD fluid head features a payload range of 4–48.8 lbs. and fits tripods with 100mm bowls.
The Reporter 8LEDim, a dimmable version of the Reporter 8LED on-camera LED light fixture, may be powered by input voltage from 6V to 24V. Exchangeable LED module allows daylight or tungsten color temperature.
