RFS to Premier Omnidirectional Mobile TV Antenna

Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) will show its new vertically polarized omnidirectional SDV4 antenna. The lightweight, low-profile SDV4 supports broadband UHF operation from 470 MHz to beyond 750 MHz. The antenna can be deployed at mobile base stations and towers to support mobile media/cellular overlays.

Given the number of mobile TV transmission or repeater sites required by prospective mobile TV network operators, RFS’s omni SDV4 offers a lower price point for entry.

The SDV4 provides omnidirectional coverage pattern exhibits true circularity. The antenna has impedance and a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of less than 1.15 to 1. Its maximum average input power is 1kW. Measuring 99 lbs at 7.4 feet tall and 12.6 inches in diameter, the SDV4 presents low wind-load.

The broadband omni SDV4 is a cost-effective low-power, lightweight antenna for multichannel networks where high performance matters.

RFS will be at Stand 8.418.
