Grass Valley Plans NAB Mobile Video Presentations

Industry experts from Grass Valley will deliver papers on mobile video at the upcoming NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference at NAB2006.

The presentations will provide information on both real-world experiences and case studies of applications of the new technology and also the construction of an infrastructure suitable for broadcasting audio and video to new mobile video audiences.

"Using Broadcast Standards for Handheld Devices: A DVB-H System Architecture," will be presented by Brett Jenkins on April 24 at 2:00 p.m. in LVCC room S227.

"Bringing Video Content to Wireless Subscribers: the Need for a Mobile TV Service Platform," will be jointly presented by Richard Lhermitte and Jean Macher on April 25 at 11:30 a.m. in LVCC room S221.

Both presentations are part of seminars organized by the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society.

Grass Valley will be exhibiting in Booths SU2906, SU2970, SL544 and SU844.
