In addition to showcasing its established MobileMedia products, Dielectric Communication will introduce a new 1.4 GHz Antenna along with a new 1.8 kW Switchback filter at the 2009 NAB Show.
Dielectric’s new L-Band, high-power, circularly polarized, broadband antenna features both azimuth and elevation pattern versatility in a single low-wind-load mechanical package. The unit can be either side- or top-mounted and provides a 1- to 4-kW input power rating, gains from 15 to 19 dBi, a VSWR of less than 1.1:1, and 10- to 24-kW ERP/polarization.
Dielectric’s new 1.8 kW Switchback filter is designed for the requirements of 700 MHz applications. The filter has less than 1.1 dB integrated insertion loss. State-of-the-art material selection provides temperature compensation within +/– 10 kHz. The filter supports a 2,000 W power capability and provides a VSWR of less than 1.25:1.
