AP to Demo Latest ENPS 5.0 Features at IBC2006

The latest developments in the Associated Press ENPS version 5.0 technology will be awaiting visitors at the ENPS stand at IBC2006.

One of the new ENPS features to be shown is "My ENPS," which provides users with a top-level view of their most critical material. The feature can now monitor media folders for new video, stills, or graphics content, and allows journalists to view running orders and assignment information from remote sites.

Other new options include a preview feature that allows journalists to see at a glance all of the visual elements in line with the text describing those elements. The new software also allows users to have a Web browser; graphics plug-in and NLE open simultaneously.

In addition, ENPS Project Manager Bill Burk and AP Director of Global Video Mike Palmer will be on hand to host a preview of the next generation of AP broadcast technology for ENPS clients at a special conference during the show.

ENPS will be in Stand 7.430.
