AlphaDogs Hold Pre-NAB Discussion: Future of Post Production

AlphaDogs Inc., a post-production studio focused on keeping clients "ahead of the pack," will host the third annual pre-NAB Editors' Lounge on Friday, March 31, at 6:30 p.m.

The pre-NAB Editors' Lounge will feature a panel discussion on coming trends in post-production. Topics will include Final Cut Pro, Avid, HD, DI, broadband streaming and more. This year's guest panelists are: Mark Raudonis, two-time Emmy nominee, vice president of post productions for Bunim-Murray Productions; Philip Hodgetts, managing editor and host of Creative Planet's Digital Production BuZZ; and Lucas Wilson, Emmy nominated editor, DI and 2k/4k expert for Assimilate.

AlphaDogs founded the Editors' Lounge events in fall of 2003 to help professionals in the production and post-production industries exchange ideas, discuss trends and learn about new technologies. The gatherings provide an informal environment for discussion, and allow editors to have their questions addressed objectively-without a sales pitch.

This year's pre-NAB Editors Lounge will also stream live on the Editors Lounge Web site. Viewers will be able to contribute to the panel discussion in real-time by submitting questions online.

All Editors' Lounge events are free and open to editors and other professionals within the production and post-production communities. To attend, either call 818-729-9262 or e-mail to rsvp@editorslounge.com. All Editors' Lounge events are held at AlphaDogs' headquarters in Burbank, Calif.
