- • The FCC granted Intelsat License LLC special temporary authority (STA) for 30 days beginning Jan. 5, 2012 to continue to provide fixed-satellite services using 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) via Galaxy 26 at 50.0 degrees east longitude.
