WFTX-TV Installs Crispin System 2000
Crispin Corp. has completed the installation of its System 2000 at Fox Network affiliate WFTX-TV in Cape Coral, Fla.

System 2000 provides support for station media ingest, media ingest, device control, satellite recording, traffic translation and on-air playout. It includes five user workstations and includes 5.2 TB of storage.

The ArchiveManager functionality allows WFTX personnel to view media object detail, and to transfer requests and status messages along with video server and archival content. It automatically restores content to the native format file for server playback to air.
