Token Taps Calrec for New HD Broadcast Truck
Token Creek Mobile Television Inc., a Wisconsin-based mobile production company, has selected Calrec’s Sigma audio console equipped with Bluefin High Density Signal Processing technology for its first HD production truck.

The truck, which will be equipped for full 5.1 surround sound is scheduled to hit the road in September. The Sigma 56-fader console with Bluefin HDSP provides 320 channel processing paths packaged as 108 stereo and 104 mono channels on a single DSP card, with full EQ and dynamics on all channels, groups and main outlets. This enables 52 full 5.1 surround sound channels. The Sigma console is also forward and backward-compatible, assuring it will work with older equipment as well as being ready for future upgrades.
