M/BITS Installs Canare Patchbays at Murfreesboro City Hall
Media/Broadcast Integration and Technical Services (M/BITS) is currently upgrading the Government Access Cable Channel facility in Murfreesboro, Tenn. with a Canare mid-size video patchbay to interconnect its video services.

The new system includes video patching on all inputs and outputs of switchers, video DAs, monitors and video tie lines that carry signals to other areas in the building. The 4RU video patchbay features MDVJ-ST-SC staggered mid-size video jacks. Specifically, for this project, 288 jacks are accommodated in multiple panels of three rows of 32 jacks each.

The Government Access Cable Channel provides coverage of open city government meetings, including city council, zoning hearings and budget hearings.
