Linear Acoustic Names Dealers for France, Latin America
Linear Acoustic has tapped LTRT as its exclusive distributor and sales-support representative for France.

The Auvers-sur-Oise-based LTRT will represent to full range of Linear Acoustic digital television processors and infrastructure products.

"We are excited at the opportunity to represent the comprehensive range of Linear Acoustic multichannel signal processors and connectivity products throughout France," stated LTRT President Thierry Jeandroz. "With Europe moving rapidly towards HD and 5.1-channel broadcasting, we see a number of immediate applications for AEROMAX, StreamStacker and MetaMAX products."

"Broadcasters throughout France are quickly realizing that full-time surround sound is a major part of the HD migration and experience for the home viewer," said Linear Acoustic President Tim Carroll.

Linear Acoustic also appointed Cricon International Business as the exclusive dealer for its products in Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

Cricon offers the complete range of Linear Acoustic digital television processors and infrastructure products, providing pre-sale and post-sale support as required by clients.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Cricon is located near key centres of technological growth and geographically oriented toward the Caribbean and Latin American markets. The company offers clients in the broadcast industry a range of integrated solutions suited to converged digital workflows.
