Fox recently extended its distribution agreements with Vyvx, a provider of fiber-optic and satellite connectivity for broadcasters. The new agreements makes Vyvx the exclusive provider of terrestrial circuits for Fox Broadcasting, Fox News Channel, Fox Filmed Entertainment, Twentieth Television, Fox Television Studios and Fox Networks Group until 2014. In addition, Fox will use Vyvx circuits to distribute commercials and movie trailers.

Vyvx currently provides broadcast transmission services for more than 9,000 live sports events per year and annually carries more than 12 million video minutes. Vyvx is a division of WilTel Communications.
