Chyron, Proximity Partner To Develop Lyricstore
Chyron and Proximity partnered to tailor Proximity's Xenostore software for use with Chyron Duet CG systems using Lyric content creation and play-out software. The product will be called Lyricstore by Proximity, and will be available from Chyron and its resellers.

The partnership covers the development of integrated connectivity between Proximity's Xenostore and Chyron's Lyric software to search, transfer, convert and manage Lyric graphical assets, and integrate Lyric software into graphics operations with legacy equipment from companies such as Adobe, Discreet and Leitch.

Additionally, Proximity's newsroom plug-ins and order-management system will be integrated with Lyric's MOS implementation for dragging and dropping Proximity graphical assets into Lyric templates, and to link graphic orders in the order-management system with Lyric playout devices.
