Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Adopts ScheduALL
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is now using ScheduALL as a primary booking tool for the church's production and post-production studios, as well as for weekly broadcasts.

The system is used to track some 200 major projects, 600 minor projects and 6,000 service requests each year. ScheduALL software is also used for scheduling full-time, on-call and freelance employees in connection with video production work, as well as for scheduling church volunteers and missionaries.

"Our church has an enormous worldwide membership, served both by staff and a significant volunteer base, and we rely on ScheduALL to manage these resources efficiently, to meet deadlines, and to fulfill our production obligations cost-effectively," said Jeremy Shelton, A/V scheduler for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. "For a church, it is extremely important to control costs, and ScheduALL is paramount in ensuring that our resources are used to the highest levels of efficiency."

Shelton also said that the church is able to complete in-house productions in less time and with less costs associated than if they outsourced.

Major projects for the church include its biannual General Conference, which is broadcast live globally in 65 languages, Mormon Tabernacle Choir concerts and production of multiple feature films.
