Charter to Install VOD Equipment From TVN
Charter Communications Inc. plans to integrate and deploy video-on-demand systems and programming from TVN Entertainment Corp. in Charter sites where VOD and subscription VOD services are scheduled for deployment.

Charter will use TVN's VOD services to automate the delivery and integration of monthly content for VOD and SVOD services. The content will be encoded at TVN's Digital Network Operations Center and transported via its satellite system. TVN's Automated Digital On-Line Network Interactive Scheduling System and Affiliate Remote Interface will allow Charter to view assets anywhere in the system and make changes to content offerings on a system-by-system basis via a Web interface.
