BUF 'Sports' New Fast Forward Video DVR
BUF Technology is using the Recon ultracompact DVR manufactured by Fast Forward Video in its new Sport integrated replay system.

The BUF Sport can capture and play-out content in a compact package.

The Recon is based on the FFV Omega Deck DVR and provides all the electronics required for a broadcast-quality DVR.

Features include analog composite and Y/C outputs for NTSSC and PAL, slow-motion playback and RS-232 or RS-422 control. Optionally, operators can use two channels of unbalanced analog audio, SMPTE/EBU longitudinal timecode input and output, genlock, chase lock, GPI inputs, date/time stamping,slow-motion time-lapse and loop record.
