Scientific-Atlanta, Sprint Ink Distribution Deal
Scientific-Atlanta has entered into a distribution agreement with Sprint North Supply, Sprint's deployment, distribution and logistics division.

Sprint North Supply's product line will now include Scientific-Atlanta's fiber-to-the-X (FTTX) optical video transport products, a range of video headend products and advanced digital STBs.

The Scientific-Atlanta FTTX video products covered under this deal include:


  • Video headend products: satellite receivers, modulators and decoder modules.
  • FTTH optical video transport products: Prisma II(TM) FTTH transmitters, FTTH optical amplifiers, optical switching and passive devices.
  • Advanced digital set-tops: Full range of DVR and HD models.
