AZCAR Expands EBU Contract
AZCAR Technologies has agreed to design the European Broadcast Union's (EBU) networked computer news editing and playout for its Washington, DC and Singapore news bureaus.

AZCAR recently built the new EBU facilities in Washington and the Singapore EBU facility in 1997. The EBU represents 45 broadcasters in 25 countries.

The deal is worth around $631,000 ($1 million Canadian) and will be completed by the end of this year.
