Autodesk Partners With AJA Video
Autodesk is integrating AJA Video's technology into its visual effects, editing and finishing products.

"Entering into a relationship with Autodesk is yet another affirmation of the quality and reliability for which AJA is known," said Nick Rashby, director of sales and marketing at AJA. "We are thrilled that Autodesk has identified that AJA's solutions meet the demands of their advanced systems products and users."

The AJA Video technology will allow users of Autodesk's Inferno, Flame, Flint, Fire and Smoke products to input and output SD, HD and 2K files.

"Autodesk systems have been adopted by leading visual effects and post production facilities around the globe that are working on mission critical projects under very tight deadlines," said Bill Roberts, director of product marketing for Autodesk. "They require gear that is totally reliable and capable of outputting pristine images. AJA is known for producing high-quality, reliable video I/O technologies and that is why we have selected them as our primary video solution partner."
