Hofstra University Uses Ikegami Cameras
The video training facilities at Hofstra University's School of Communication have added Ikegami HK-388 digital cameras to their equipment. The camera's imaging technology features ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) chips with 45 MHz sample frequency. It uses high-density 520, 000 pixel 2/3-inch FIT CCD image sensors, and delivers imagery in 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratios. The DTL system features: 3-channel color enhancement; Diagonal, Slim and Skin DTL; and DTL Boost frequency and DTL B-W balance.
