DURHAM, NC - June 11, 2007 - Crispin Corporation, a worldwide leader in broadcast automation software, equipment, services and support, today announced the appointment of Lisa Kirtley as director of channel sales.

Kirtley, 36, brings to the company 12 years of senior sales and operations expertise. In her capacity as Director of Channel Sales, Kirtley will call on her background in sales and change management, business and dealer channel strategy and product marketing to help improve partner and reseller relationships. In addition, Kirtley has extensive marketing and sales experience in Latin America - allowing Crispin to more proactively identify and work with new customers in this territory.

"Lisa's addition immediately strengthens our channel sales business through her extensive network and history of building strong vendor relationships," said Dave Neal, chief executive officer of Crispin Corporation.

Kirtley was most recently with Echolab, an innovator in live video production equipment. As national sales manager, Kirtley implemented sales management processes, revamped the sales message and coordinated dealer channel strategy, which helped grow revenue by 100%. Kirtley will be based out of Austin, Texas.

Prior to her work with Echolab, Kirtley was general manager and principal of Commercial Video Systems, Inc. While at Commercial Video Systems, Kirtley was responsible for all aspects of operations, including accounting, inventory, sales, vendor relations, marketing and systems integration. Kirtley holds a bachelor's degree in graphic arts from Ball State University.

"I'm looking forward to building a successful dealer channel strategy for Crispin," said Kirtley.
