Ramsey, an industry veteran with a proven sales track record spanning more than two decades, moves to Anton/Bauer from Clear-Com, another Vitec Group brand. In his new capacity as Vice President of Sales, Ramsey will oversee all sales for Anton/Bauer worldwide and will work closely with Shin Minowa, recently promoted to Vice President, Marketing and Business Development.

Before joining Anton/Bauer, Ramsey was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support for Clear-Com, where he established and directed the sales and support efforts in Cambridge, UK, and in Alameda, California. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Vinten Broadcast, Inc., as General Manager responsible for the commercial operation of Vinten in its global markets.

During his career, Ramsey has logged significant successes in each position he has held. At Clear-Com, his sales and support achievements helped establish the company’s place as a global market leader in professional communication systems for production teams. While at Vinten, Ramsey set up a fully operational marketing office in Singapore in less than two months and generated a six-fold increase in sales in China over a four-year period. The result of his professional efforts on behalf of each company has been increased market opportunities and brand strength.
