LONDON — Nov. 9, 2009 — Pilat Media Global plc [AIM: PGB], the leading supplier of business management software to the media, is pleased to announce the signing of a new contract with Globosat for the licensing, implementation, and maintenance of its flagship product, IBMS (Integrated Broadcast Management System). IBMS will manage and integrate content acquisition, program planning, media management, and on-demand services for Globosat.
Globosat, a Globo Organizations company, is the leading and largest programming company in Latin America. Along with its subsidiaries, Globosat currently broadcasts 28 channels to Brazil and two to Africa, Asia, Europe, and the United States.

IBMS streamlines the entire content management workflow from content acquisition and rights management to scheduling, media management, log preparation, and analysis.
