This week on "The Communicators," NAB President David Rehr will discuss the broadcast digital transition and NAB’s opposition to legislation that would require commercial radio stations to pay royalties to performers of music.
"The Communicators" will air Saturday, March 14 on C-SPAN at 6:30 pm ET, Monday, March 16 on C-SPAN 2 at 8 am ET and 8 pm ET.
