EME, Anystream partner on H.264 tools

ATEME and Anystream said last week that they have partnered to let customers combine the Anystream Media Lifecycle platform with the Kyrion File Encoder for the creation and distribution of H.264 content.

Content providers use Anystream’s technology to produce, manage and monetize media for on demand syndication. Its production capabilities streamline the creation and format conversion of content required to repurpose video for Web, VOD, mobile and IPTV.

Kyrion File Encoder 2.0 is a complete solution for MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 content production. Built on ATEME's video encoding technology, it includes a range of software components for pre-processing, video encoding, audio encoding and multiplexing while offering excellent bandwidth efficiency.
