Measuring the IPTV experience

As long as IPTV was a novelty, no one worried much about quality. But now that it's moving into the living room, IPTV had better be as good as broadcast. At VON, Tektronix vowed to show players how.

Tektronix has married its proven test and measurement capability to the IP video experience, delivering comprehensive network diagnostics and management solutions for fixed, mobile, IP and converged multiservice networks.

Tektronix provides both active and passive testing and monitoring, covering a full range of legacy and next-generation protocols and services, including IPTV, VoIP, IMS, WiMAX, broadband wireless access, triple-play and fixed-mobile convergence applications
