SGL and Blue Order upgrade Corinthian Television facility

SGL will integrate FlashNet with Blue Order's Media Archive Enterprise Media Management platform for Corinthian Television's (CTV) digital upgrade project.

FlashNet is data management software that provides the link between video stored as files on a video server and the tape library that serves as the long term repository. It allows the user to move material from the server to the archive either manually or under the control of a video application. FlashNet then tracks all of the video assets by a user or application assigned file name for easy management and retrieval. It fits seamlessly with Media Archive, a modular, open and scalable software platform, allowing for the integration of third party software components.
